Gastronomy
Already in elementary school I knew that whatever I would do in life, it would certainly be connected with good food and drink. I love freshly ground coffee and Italian cuisine. The quality of ingredients is my priority. My ideal vacation is one that includes visiting a vineyard, a production place, or a well-known restaurant. I enjoy discovering new flavors, getting to know different cultures, and their traditions. My traveling era lasted for more than ten years. I lived in Bavaria, Ireland, the Gulf of Mexico, and in Moravia. After my last journey to America in 2009, I put down roots in the Czech Republic and began to truly appreciate home and the opportunities I have here. They say that a person has to travel very far to find the way back home. I can only confirm that.
I studied Hospitality and Tourism in Prague and later Regional Development with a specialization in Human Resource Management. In 2010 I completed my pedagogical education and started working at a secondary school as a teacher for the culinary and service program, later also for pastry students. The work fulfills me. I share my love for gastronomy with the younger generation, and at the same time I continue to grow myself, not only professionally, but also in the areas of relationships, psychology, and motivation.
