Diary of Astral Travel
I never planned to publish a book, so I like to say that I only helped bring it into existence. The inspiration to write, as well as the whole process that followed, was something I deeply enjoyed. The text of the book was written in just one month. While writing, I felt a strong connection. I was carried by a current that did not need to be controlled in any way, only followed.
The purpose of the book is to share my experiences from the astral world and to inspire. To shine a light on someone's path. For me personally, it is also a path of relief, because I can finally allow a part of my personality that remained in the shadows for a long time to come to the surface.
The Story of the Sunflower on the Cover
Once, I was interpreting a dream for a girl from an online discussion whom I had never met, and as a thank you she sent me a gift. A beautiful hand-painted mandala. It made me very happy.
Some time later I was thinking about the cover of the book. At first I wanted to draw the sunflower myself, so I asked the girl if she could give me some advice about shading. She explained everything very kindly and even inspired me to buy better quality colored pencils. Later she sent me a drawing of the flower's leaves, and in that moment it was decided. It resonated with me so much that I asked her to create the flower for the cover herself. I am very happy that she said yes.

I cannot put the book down, it gives me so much energy. At the same time, I almost regret that I left out some parts of my own book because I thought it might be too much for people :-) It is really great.
Now I feel completely reassured that the astral world truly is the way it is, because I never really had anyone to talk to about it, you know. Many times I did not even know what to think about my own experiences, so I am glad that there is another person who has gone through something similar, even if in a different way.

Hi, I'm reading your book because I have also been deeply interested in this topic. I'm on page 50 now and I'm really enjoying it. It's very engaging, and I like that it focuses more on real experiences than on some kind of wise book full of rules. I believe that anyone who buys it will not regret it.
I personally had a lot of trouble with visualization, and astral travel never really worked for me. I only have a few experiences, but I spent quite a lot of time working with lucid dreaming. Still, I can't read in dreams, even though I tried many times.
These are just my first impressions so far. Thank you for sharing this, I really like it.

The author fully opens herself to the reader and, through her experiences, shares her personal growth, her perspective, and her insights on this subject. I highly recommend it. I really liked the book. It was very engaging, and in a way it helped me remember certain things. Some passages reminded me of my own dreams. During the time I was reading it, I had a dream that I was able to control. There was a strong realization that it was only a dream, and I started directing it myself. In another dream, I brought back the name of a wine I had seen in a store. I don't drink wine at all, but I checked later whether that name really existed, and it did, even though I had never heard of it before. After I finished the book, these experiences faded away, maybe because I stopped focusing on them. So the book was and still is very interesting. I will definitely read it again when it calls me.

And I think that for someone who wants to start practicing on their own, it is great reading.
